Wilson faces an MRI to assess the extent of the injury

Newcastle Falcons prop David Wilson is to undergo an MRI scan after suffering a chest injury at an England Saxons traning camp.

The 23-year-old prop forward strained his right pectoral muscle during a conditioning session.

He will also see a shoulder specialist on Friday morning to discuss the need for possible surgical repair.

Medical staff from England and Newcastle have been collaborating on his rehabilitation.
