Sackey made his England debut against the All Blacks in November |
England winger Paul Sackey has signed a new three-year contract with Wasps. The 27-year-old made his England debut in last year's November internationals, and scored a superb solo try in his second outing against Argentina.
Sackey, who played for Wasps' academy as a youngster, rejoined the club from London Irish in February 2005 after a previous spell with Bedford.
"I've really enjoyed my time since returning to the club two years ago," said Sackey.
"Coming away with a couple of winner medals in that time has been fantastic. But that's why I came to the club - to win things - and I don't see any signs that the success at Wasps is going to dry up.
"The next few seasons promise to be very exciting for the club.
"I'm just really pleased that I've got another three years ahead of me to be part of more Wasps success."
Wasps director of rugby Ian McGeechan added: "We are very pleased to be retaining Paul at the club.
"He is one of our key players and very important to the way we want to play going forward. He is a great strike runner and a prolific scorer, and I'm delighted that he has committed to stay with us for the next three years."
