Director of rugby Richard Cockerill is in no doubt Leicester Tigers will come good despite losing two of their opening three games of the season.

Tigers were beaten 37-30 by Wasps on Saturday and also lost to Northampton.

But Cockerill told BBC Radio Leicester: "We are doing some good things and are starting to put it together more often and will do some sides serious damage.

"There are things we need to tidy up and that's obvious, but we are doing lots and lots of good things."

Cockerill added: "Everybody wants to look at the negatives - and I can be one of those - but we have to look at the positives.

"We are doing some great stuff; we just have to work through a slightly sticky patch with injuries.

"We need to stop coughing up soft tries but there is no panic here."
