The popular Hare spent 13 years as a Leicester player |
Leicester Tigers chief scout Dusty Hare is ending his long association with the club by joining Northampton Saints. The Tigers legend made 394 appearances during his time at Welford Road and was also involved with the academy before becoming involved on the scouting side. Full-back Hare, 57, also played 25 times for England and toured with the British & Irish Lions in 1983. Head coach Richard Cockerill said: "Dusty has been a great servant of the club and we wish him all the best." Hare will work on player recruitment and development at Northampton Saints.
