Back's Leeds side have won four Premiership matches
Head coach Neil Back says Leeds Carnegie still have a lot of work to do if they are to remain the Premiership.
Their 26-10 victory over Wasps was the club's first back-to-back top-flight win in five years and puts them level on points with 11th-placed Sale.
"We are now building that winning momentum and believe in ourselves," Back told BBC Radio Leeds.
"But we are still bottom of the table and have a lot of hard work still to do, but we know we can do it."
Sunday's win was Leeds' first in the Premiership at Headingley since March 2008 and their fourth in the league this season.
"If we continue to play like that we are going to challenge and put pressure on anyone and we should get the results we need to achieve our objectives this year," added Back.
"This victory was not just about the 23 involved today, it's about the whole squad and I'm very proud of the whole squad.
"The guys outside the 23 are the ones that really contribute to our success and continue to and they need to for the rest of the season. They work hard in training and all keep the standards very high at the club.
"I have to fight back the tears. I am an emotional guy and I don't let many people see that. It was an extremely proud moment for the whole management team and the whole squad today.

"The fans have always been fantastic," added Back. "They haven't been great in number, but they've always been very passionate, very loyal to us and gave us tremendous support and that was the case again today.
"Hopefully on the back of this success we get more fans in that support a Leeds team that are doing Yorkshire proud.
"We know we have to back this performance up now, work hard and hopefully repeat today against Saracens."
