Exeter Chiefs backs Phil Dollman, Matt Jess and Nic Sestaret have penned new two-year contracts with the club. The trio have taken the total of first-team players to sign new deals at Sandy Park to 16. Exeter head coach Rob Baxter said: "With all three of them what's pleasing is they're improving with exposure to Premiership rugby. "We can keep working on them now for a period of time and make them as good players as we can." Centre Sestaret, who joined Exeter from local rivals Plymouth Albion in 2008, said: "I always wanted to stay here and maybe end my career here. "I really believe the club is going to do something good and I want to be part of it. "That's why I signed so quickly - my first choice was to stay here and as long as they want me, I would like to stay and finish my career here." Centre Dollman came to Sandy Park in 2009 after leaving Newport Gwent Dragons, while winger Jess joined the club from Launceston in 2008.
