Former Wales internationals Lee Jarvis and Craig Morgan are the star names amongst 15 new recruits at Cardiff RFC. One-cap fly-half Jarvis, 31, who will also be backs coach at the Arms Park, scored 1167 points in 88 games for the Blue and Blacks between 1996 and 1999. Jarvis also had spells with Pontypridd, Neath and the Dragons, and has spent the past five years in Cornwall with Cornish Pirates and Mounts Bay. Ten-cap wing Morgan, 29, returns to the Arms Park after two years with Bristol.  | 606: DEBATE | Previously, in 200 games for Cardiff and the Blues, Morgan returned an impressive tally of 90 tries. Other new back recruits are Jamie Murphy, Luke Ford, David Walsh and Garyn Lucas, the latter two offering scrum-half cover as Darren Allinson has been awarded a Blues development contract. Up front, Rhys Shellard, Neil Lewis, Craig Everett, Kieran Crawford, Ian George, Kristian Gay, Phil Osbourne, Matthew Veater, Jake Thomas and Patrick Palmer join. Cardiff, runners-up to Neath in the Welsh Premiership last season, will be looking for a new coach after Justin Burnell took over the forward coaching role at the Blues.
