David White has been with Bristol for two years

Bristol chief executive David White is leaving the club to take up a new position in New Zealand.

White is returning home at the end of July to start a new role as director of operations for Rugby Travel and Hospitality.

In his new job, he will play a key role in the official Rugby World Cup 2011 travel and hospitality programme.

Bristol are to set to announce his replacement on 16 June when the squad report back for pre-season training.
