Bath prop David Flatman has signed a new three-year contract at The Rec. Flatman, 31, who has won eight caps for England, has made 132 appearances since joining Bath from Saracens in 2003. Head coach Steve Meehan said: "He is a guy who loves playing for Bath and, in many ways, it represents what the culture of the club is. "He is a great example of a professional sportsman to the squad. He's got a lot more to give and I look forward to seeing him deliver." Flatman said: "I am delighted to have signed for another three seasons at the club I call home. "Bath is a hugely ambitious club and I am excited that I am going to be part of a club that are looking to move things forward, both on and off the field."
