Kick-off: 1715 BST Munster have made nine changes to the side that lost to Leinster for the Scarlets' visit to Thomond Park.
International stars Ronan O'Gara, Peter Stringer and Paul O'Connell return, but openside flanker Denis Leamy keeps David Wallace on the bench.
The Scarlets have brought Gareth Bowen in for Arwel Thomas at fly-half.
In a late change to the team, Garan Evans replaces Barry Davies at full-back with Aisea Havili filling Evans' place on the right wing.
Phil John and Dwayne Peel are back from long injury absences to take places on the bench.
The Scarlets have called on their feeder clubs to fill up their replacement quota, with Craig Hawkins (Llanelli RFC) and Jonathan Mills (Llandovery) named.

"There is a great tradition at Thomond Park and with their internationals back we will see Munster in their true guise," Jenkins told BBC Sport Wales. "We have to create an environment to put them under pressure.
"We need a positive scrum, aggressive line-out, a stubborn tackling game and enough flair in our own play."
The Scarlets did the double over Munster on their way to the Celtic League title last season, Bowen starring in a memorable 19-12 victory at Thomond Park last September.
