2112 BST: Colin, Auckland
From what I've seen from the Lions, Woodward has put all his faith in Jonny Wilkinson. If Jonny doesn't shape up the Lions will get hammered. NZ refs have been pandering towards them and not penalising them for killing the ball. Ten-man rugby is the only way the Lions will stand a chance; if they try to play the ABs at their own game, it will be all over red rover.
1800 BST: Lions star Michael Owen (on the birth of his second child and his lightning dash around the world)
I'm chuffed to bits. It's been a brilliant weekend for me and it was certainly worth the effort of flying around the world and back to see Olivia being born. It was a special moment for our family - something we will never forget. Olivia weighed in at 8lbs 12oz. As far as rugby is concerned this trip doesn't change anything and I'll be doing the best I can to perform once I rejoin my Lions team-mates for the rest of the tour.
1643 BST: Henry Hackford, South Wales
In response to the Undercover Kiwi, moaning about Dawson the lip, from a Lions point of view at least he was showing some leadership. I also saw Stephen Jones taking an order to kick to touch from Shane Byrne. Where was the captain?
1539 BST: Jimmy Gopperth, Wellington fly-half:
Wednesday will be a highlight of my career. To not even start an NPC (National Provincial Championship) game yet and to have a start against a team like the Lions is huge. To play against a guy like Jonny Wilkinson makes my year just that much better. He's outstanding. The first thing I will be doing after the game will be swapping jerseys. It will be my first Wellington jersey but that Wilkinson jersey is priceless.

I'm flying over to Stockholm for a friend's wedding this weekend, but can't face the prospect of missing the game against Otago. Anyone know of a bar where I can watch it?
1349 BST: Paul Murphy, BBC Sport blogger
It's eight days before we leave for the land of the long white cloud, and the big fat black ones are more in evidence with the defeat at the hands of the Maori still hurting, and Simon Taylor booking an early flight home. With only two Scots left in the party, I can only hope that Chris Cusiter keeps up his great start, and Gordon Bulloch proves that his throwing's not as bad as Steve Thompson's efforts. The excitement is still building, but we need to see a quick turnaround from the midweek team. 1331 BST: Peter Healy, via email from Palmerston North
I am a Pom who has lived in NZ for nine months and love the place, but I still support my roots - England and the Lions. Being a fireman in the NZ Air Force I am getting loads of stick on how poor the Lions are performing! All I keep saying to all my Kiwi friends is 'We have only fielded our second and third team so far, wait for the Test!' I am right, aren't I?
1312 BST: Gareth Thomas
There's been talk of us 'wheeling out the big guns' against Wellington, but I hope people don't see it like that or look at this as a Test team. Of course players like Jonny Wilkinson and Brian O'Driscoll are huge names, but there are no small names in this squad.
1226 BST: Dave, via email from Dunedin
The Wellington XV announced today includes Maori scrum-half Piri Weepu - "The Weeper" - and the elusive Ma'a Nonu. Wellington are the host province for the Hurricanes Super 12 franchise, so expect a full effort from all players for 80 minutes. I'm very keen to see Nonu rumble over the Lions... 1203 BST: Matt Greenwood, via email from Auckland
I think Rob Andrew and Ian Robertson summed it up well (see Sunday's blog). The Lions have been written off now as the worst squad ever to tour NZ. The intensity of the media coverage here is overwhelming, even for a spectator. They have to win against Wellington with what looks like a first-choice backline and a last-ditch attempt to sort out the front row. But I'm still putting some money on the Lions to win the first Test as the odds are too good to turn down!
1154 BST: Undercover Kiwi
Surprise, surprise, the lip that is Matt Dawson was dishing it up during the game against the Maori. He was at his histrionic best, remonstrating with referee Steve Walsh, and could be heard whingeing near the end of the match about the Maori time-wasting as the clock ticked down. With his opinion in print being vetted by the media handlers I guess this was the only chance he could get to speak his mind. 1123 BST: Mark Shaw, via email from Wellington
I'm in Wellington building up to Wednesday's game. It's freezing cold here at the moment. The Lions stand a good chance as Wellington have just come together today. They have a weak pack but a rather handy backline.
1035 BST: Peter Whitfield, via email from New Zealand
I've got tickets to all the games and am dreading the Test matches if the NZ fans are going be as arrogant and unknowledgeable as they were against the Maori. They go on as if NZ have won the last three World Cups and have already won the Test matches. Let's just wait and see until Jonny and Robbo and Henson are together and then we can have a real debate about who's going to win.
0923 BST: Martyn Christian, via email from California
Just watched the NZ Maori game on Australian TV - I thought the Lions defended really well, like England did a couple of years ago, but didn't have the sharpness to win the game at the end. With an upgraded Test team and without Spencer at fly-half, they have a chance against the ABs.
0807 BST: Ian Sarjeant, via email from New York
For people living in the US who are struggling to watch any of the games, MediaZone.com is a website that allows you to download the games for a reasonable fee. The quality isn't perfect but very watchable. The games are not live but can be accessed "as live" the following day.
0733 BST: Gareth Chilcott, Radio Five Live
The one thing you cannot say about Jonny Wilkinson is that he doesn't put his body and soul on the line in defence, whether he has one arm or one leg. He is an outstanding defender and a lot of people think he is a good enough defender to play at centre. 0621 BST: Des, via email from Perth, WA
I am flying out from Perth to join the Lions tour and I am still confident the Lions can pull it off. I am in no doubt the loss to the Maori is a secret ploy by Woody to lull the ABs into a false sense of security !
0540 BST: Undercover Kiwi
It was noticeable that when Brian O'Driscoll led the Lions out against New Zealand Maori he had the cuddly toy that is the Lions mascot in his hand. That wasn't the case when Martin Corry led the team against Taranaki earlier in the week. But what are grown men doing playing with cuddly toys? It seems that it was a leftover prize from the Generation Game. But no-one from the Lions camp was saying "good game, good game" following the defeat against the Maori. 0417 BST: Andrew Stott, via email
Interesting at the end of Saturday's game how most of the Maori team walked down the Lions' player-tunnel and picked out Richard Hill for a hand-shake or friendly word. That's serious respect.
0304 BST: Marc Gilfoyle, via email
I am disgusted to see JPR attacking our Lions. As a former Lion himself he should know the struggle they face against the opposition press, but now he throws his negative comments at the Lions too. In four games the Lions have started with four different fly-halves, now the cycle begins again. Jones wasn't even available for all previous games; he was given a fair chance and should have performed better. 0117 BST: Piareas Ceannt, via email from Lansing, Michigan, USA
DirecTV are showing the non-Tests on Setanta Sports Channel LIVE. It costs $11.99 per month and is well worth the price. The Tests will be on PPV for around $19.99.
