Kyran Bracken has already said his Saracens goodbyes |
England World Cup stars Will Greenwood and Kyran Bracken will bring down the curtain on their first-class careers by facing Scotland for the Barbarians. They are likely to be joined in the starting line-up at Murrayfield on 31 May by Cardiff Blues captain and full-back Rhys Williams.
Williams has scored six tries in five outings for Wales against Scotland in Six Nations' matches.
The Barbarians have named a squad containing 17 test players.
Another Welsh back included in the squad is Sonny Parker, who recently announced his retirement from test rugby at the age of 28 but who is still a key figure in the Ospreys' regional team.
Kevin Maggs, who played in the corresponding match at Aberdeen last year and still holds the Ireland record for the most caps in his position, is among the centres.
Bracken, Bob Skinstad (South Africa), Jacob Rauluni (Fiji) and Glasgow Warrior Kevin Tkachuk (Canada) have all captained their countries in test matches.
Back-rower Brad Macleod-Henderson played for the South African Barbarians and 100 games for Natal and Natal Sharks before joining Worcester and now GRAN Parma.
Hooker Pieter Dixon toured Europe with the Springboks in 2000 and scrum-half Jason Spice played 70 Super 12 games for the Hurricanes and was an All Blacks' squad member.
The Barbarians, who will be coached at Murrayfield by Leicester Tigers head coach Pat Howard, are unbeaten in four fixtures this season and face England at Twickenham on Sunday.
