Scotland's form in the Six Nations has prompted many of you to send in questions for Chris Cusiter, our BBC Sport pundit inside the Scotland camp.
Here are a selection of some of them ahead of the final weekend of the RBS Six Nations.
Q: How difficult is it to adapt to the pace and pattern of the game when coming off the bench?
Dan Mooney, Milton
When you start, everyone involved is feeling their way into the game and you have a chance to grow into the match. Even with all the warm-up exercises we do, it can be difficult to catch your breath and get into it when the game is in full flow.
Q: Do you think emphasis on defence has made Scotland less effective at scoring tries?
Alan, Paris
I don't think there has been any extra emphasis on defence as such. It's just that we've been defending well throughout the tournament. We've been frustrated with our attacking play in the last two games and we know we have to execute with more accuracy against Italy. I'm confident that we can get it right because we have a lot of good players.
Q: I notice that you didn't make any reference to our lineout performance in your analysis of the Ireland game. I can't help thinking that winning the extra eight lineouts would have had the dual effect of keeping us out of our own half for longer and giving us a springboard for more attacks. What do you think?
Martin Thompson, Lancaster
I know the forwards spend a long time working on the lineouts and routines with a lot of complex combinations. In recent times it has been one of our great strengths and it won't be too long before the boys are back on top of their game.
Q: Are you intending to grow your hair long again? I had high hopes for you becoming the first Scottish player with a massive Afro.
Tom Waits, Edinburgh
I used to let it get a little crazy but those days are long gone. I'm more of a short-back-and-sides man these days and I think I'll keep it smart.
Q: As you are now in form, where do you think Scotland will come in the World Cup?
Alex Mitchell, Corfe Castle
To reach the semi-finals would be a fantastic achievement. To get there we know we will have to beat one of the top sides. If we don't get a victory over New Zealand in the pool stage, then we're likely to face France, who are the host nation, so it's going to be a huge challenge.
Q: I know you're not meant to blame the ref in public, but just how much did you guys complain about him after the Ireland game?
Andy Mathieson, Ayrshire
I don't think there was too much grumbling about the referee in Dublin. We contributed to our own downfall by making too many mistakes. We have to concentrate on cutting down our errors and not worry about anything the officials might do.
Q: Who is the best scrum-half you've played against?
Hugh Hogan, Dublin
Australia's George Gregan is a very clever player and a huge talent who is very well respected throughout the rugby world. I also think France's Dimitri Yachvili is a wonderful player and I'm pretty glad he didn't start against us at Murrayfield this time. It would have to be one of those two.
