I have played in games before where we have been absolutely stuffed, at club and international level.
I don't think Sunday's defeat was quite as bad, for example, as a couple of the performances on tour in Australia and New Zealand two years ago.
But considering we went over to Paris hoping to win the game, it is a big kick in the teeth.

We let ourselves down enormously and there is not a lot to say really. It hurts. I am sure there will be repercussions after a result like that.
I don't know if there will be changes to the team, we will have to wait and see.
We have got a few meetings today (Monday) and I am sure a lot of the problems will be highlighted.

We just wanted to get back to England as soon as possible and try to switch off from rugby, but I had a fairly restless night.
A few players had a stomach bug before the game and obviously it affected their individual performances - you can't play at 100% if you are not well. But if you highlight that you are looking for excuses, and we don't want to go down that route.
I don't think that would be the correct or honest thing to do if you have any integrity.
We need to look at what went wrong and sort things out, and I am sure we will rectify that.
We have to be positive for Saturday's game against Ireland and try to get a result out of that now.
