Worcester duo Pat Sanderson and Chris Horsman are both injury doubts for the Six Nations opener between England and Wales at Twickenham on 4 February. England flanker Sanderson has a back injury while Wales prop Horsman is suffering with an ankle problem.
"Pat is still a couple of weeks away with his back and Chris has a problem with his ankle," said Worcester head coach Anthony Eddy.
"Chris is going to see a specialist but we will have to see what happens."
Both players missed Worcester's 15-11 Premiership defeat to Northampton on Saturday.
