Samoa suffered a setback in their preparations for the clash with England on Saturday when they lost 29-15 to National League One leaders Harlequins. Quins fly-half Adrian Jarvis kicked 19 points, while Tom Guest and lock George Robson scored second-half tries.
A Gasolo Salima try gave Samoa the lead late in the first half but Jarvis added a fourth penalty for a 12-10 half-time advantage.
Quins sealed the win after the break despite a late try from Steve So'oialo.
