Former France captain Raphael Ibanez has come out of international retirement for Saturday's match against Tonga in Toulouse. The Wasps hooker quit internationals two years ago, but has had a change of heart and replaces Sebastien Bruno.
Elsewhere, Thomas Castaignede starts at centre and Yann Delaigue is preferred to Frederic Michalak at fly-half.
Gregory Lamboley starts at lock in place of suspended Fabien Pelous, with Jerome Theon taking on the captaincy.
Sebastien Chabal plays at number eight, with Yannick Nyanga and Julien Bonnaire on the flanks.
