Wales silence saddens prop Morris
Darren Morris
Morris was left out of the Wales squad after last summer's tour
Leicester prop Darren Morris says he is disappointed that there has been no contact from Wales this season.

The 30-year-old Lions prop came on as a substitute in all three of Wales' tour games last summer to take his cap tally to 18, but has not featured since.

"Nobody has been in touch from Wales which has been a bit disappointing," he told the South Wales Evening post.

"It would just be nice to have a bit of feedback as to what I am doing right or wrong," said the ex-Swansea man.

Morris is expected to be on the bench for the Tigers' Heineken Cup quarter-final in Leinster on Saturday.

"The Heineken Cup is a shop window and I just have to keep at it for Leicester and hope the [Wales] call comes," he said.
