 Saracens' Castaignede has won 43 French caps |
France have recalled Saracens back Thomas Castaignede after an absence of two years for the match against Australia on 5 November. The 30-year-old, who has 43 caps, is named in a 22-man squad for the first of France's November internationals.
Two other English-based players, Sale hooker Sebastien Bruno and London Irish flanker Olivier Magne, are included.
Coach Bernard Laporte has recalled Lionel Nallet and Thomas Lievremont but Dimitri Yachvili has been dropped.
