By Gareth Thomas Wales captain and leading try scorer |

Wales have been through so many bad times, but this was really something special.
 | I truly believe that this team is capable of winning silverware in this tournament |
I was the only member of the team to have beaten England before, but this was better than the win at Wembley in 1999.
It was so special to do it in Cardiff. At the end the place just went ballistic, everyone was going mad!
I can't really take credit for giving the kicking responsibility to Gavin Henson before the winning penalty.
Stephen Jones said it was out of his range, so I just looked at Gavin and he was as cool as a cucumber.
We've had the celebrations, but the important thing for us now is to forget the England game, stay away from the media hype and move on.
I truly believe that this team is capable of winning silverware in this tournament and if we want to progress from the England game that's what we have to do.
We know that some of the boys are going to be hailed as heroes, but we've come this far because we're a team who back each other, there's no room for individuals.
 | I'm a good friend of Dwayne Peel's and when I saw Grewcock come through on him my feelings just got the better of me |
Most of the hype is obviously going to be directed at Gavin Henson, but I know it won't make him bigger than the team.
Gavin's a superb professional and he deserves all the credit he's getting, but he thrives on being a part of the team.
The closeness of the squad actually got me into trouble in the England game when I was yellow carded for my retaliation on Danny Grewcock.
I'm a good friend of Dwayne Peel's and when I saw Grewcock come through on him my feelings just got the better of me.
I didn't do much and I felt quite hard done by, it was more of a slap than a punch - I've been sent to my room by my mother for worse than that!
But I shouldn't have reacted. I've apologised to the guys and as captain it's something I need to look at.
I'll learn from the incident and next time I'll know not to get involved.
