A much-changed England women's side outscored Wales eight tries to three to rack up a 50-17 victory at Clifton. Captain Susie Appleby, leading the side on her home ground, claimed two tries in the second half as England scored 24 unanswered points late on.
Vicky Massarella also bagged a brace, with Amy Turner, Maggie Alphonsi, Kat Merchant and 17-year-old Michaela Staniford adding further scores.
Turner also slotted three conversions for a personal tally of 11 points.
England A coach Danny Wilson said: "I am extremely pleased with the performance.
"We fielded a really young squad of 22 and I am delighted with the way they came together and performed.
"To score 50 points against such a strong Wales team is impressive. Our only real problem is that we will have some selection headaches when it comes to naming our Six Nations squad in January."
England's next match is an Academy game away to Ireland on the 8 January.
The full senior side will meet for training over the weekends of 18/19 December and 8/9 January before the Six Nations squad is selected in mid-January.
Like the men, England's first opponents in this season's Six Nations Championship are Wales. The two sides meet in Cardiff on Friday, 4 February.
