Scotland international Alex Grove will make his first league start of the season for Worcester Warriors after returning from his loan at Edinburgh.
Adam Black replaces Callum Black in the front row while Graham Kitchener returns from England Saxons duty in the second row in place of Greg Rawlinson.
"It look as if we shall be meeting London Welsh again later in the play-offs," said head coach Richard Hill
"We made a mark against Nottingham, now need to that against London Welsh."
He added: "We need a big win against them to make sure they are in no doubt when we play them again who is the stronger team."
Hill says while Warriors have scored plenty of tries in the last two games, he has been concerned about the amount they have conceded.
"Certain aspects of our defence have had to be sorted out and we have had really healthy debate," he added.
"The moment you think everything is sorted out and is OK and going well, that is when you are in trouble.
"It is always better to be on the edge, and at the weekend the awareness will be heightened in defence.
"For me there is enough spice in training so that when we go into the game against London Welsh we will still be highly motivated to win the game."
