Hull took over at Bristol when they were in the Premiership in 2009 |
Bristol coach Paul Hull has told his players to "knuckle down" and avoid finishing in the Championship relegation play-off places. Bristol, who lost last season's Championship play-off final to Exeter, sit three points off the top eight after their 25-18 defeat by Nottingham. He told BBC Radio Bristol: "There's four games to go and 20 points on offer, you have to think positive. "We have to knuckle down and actually get those wins." He added: "There's no point playing as well as we do in parts and getting pats on the back from opposition coaches. "We need to turn performances into points, the only little consolation is that we got a losing bonus point."
