Coventry RFC are still without an away win in National League One, but came mighty close in Saturday's 29-28 defeat at Blaydon. Fly-half Danny Richards was unable to convert Matt Price's try deep into stoppage time at the end of the match. Earlier Sam Herrington had twice gone over for the visitors, with Lee Audis successful with both conversions. Audis also kicked a penalty, with Richards adding two more, as Coventry picked up a losing bonus point.
