Dings Crusaders will defend their proud home record against National EDF Trophy favourites Leeds Carnegie in the fourth round of the competition.
National Three South side Dings have lost just once at home in the last 12 months and accounted for Westcombe Park in the third round.
But Neil Back's Leeds will provide a step-up in class as they boast a 100% record this season from 19 games.
The National One leaders are set for an immediate return to the Premiership.
According to Dings prop Tim Brockett, the Bristol-based club will not be laying out the red carpet when their opponents arrive.
"It's not the most welcoming of clubs. It's probably going to be a culture change from turning up for a Premiership game," the 19-year-old told BBC Points West.
"It's quite an exciting thing. It's something to look forward to rather than be nervous about. We've got nothing to lose.
"I'm a young guy so it's going to be something of a learning experience."
