Esher team manager Dave Page says the recent loanees at the club have returned as better players to their Premiership sides. Harlequins club academy stars Charlie Amesbury and George Robson both started and scored tries in a win over Bristol, while Don Barrel started for Saracens. Page told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "They are only back in their first-teams because of us. "Its been a great learning ground for them, and they've improved hugely." The trio have helped keep Esher in National One before leaving. Page added: "It was nice to beat the Pertemps Bees without them all, but by the same token they do add an awful lot of strength when they play for us." Esher are still deciding wether or not to turn fully professional next season, but Page says they are already planning further loans. "We're already in talks with Harlequins. Its something most clubs in our division are relying on."
