Olly Barkley starred for Bath in the week he announced he was to leave the club as they cantered to a bonus-point victory over relegation-haunted Leeds.
He kicked two penalties, converted all four of his side's tries and helped create Joe Maddock's first-half try.
Leeds wing Apo Satala did give the hosts some hope with two tries, but Bath always looked in control.
Bath secured victory with tries from Danny Grewcock, Jonny Faamatuaina and Matt Banahan.
• Bath coach Steve Meehan on Olly Barkley:
"He illustrated his ambition for the club for the remainder of the season and his professionalism was there for all to see.
"He could still feature for England this season and if there were any doubts about Olly he answered them.
"I was surprised he made the decision to leave but it was a rugby decision and nothing to do with anything else."
Leeds director of rugby Stuart Lancaster:
"We were desperately disappointed to concede four tries but we weren't that far away. We've got to keep working and retain self-belief.
"We're in a tough run of games at the moment but the effort and application was outstanding.
"Barkley was exceptional and his kicking game was exemplary."
