Harlequins secured their first Premiership victory of the season at the sixth attempt thanks to a bonus point win over Northampton.
Winger Simon Keogh marked his return to the starting line-up with two tries while half-backs Andy Gomarsall and Adrian Jarvis also touched down.
Fly-half Jarvis also kicked four conversions and two penalties.
Northampton replied with three Carlos Spencer penalties and late tries from Sean Lamont and Mark Robinson.
But Northampton coach Paul Grayson is considering further action after centre Luke Myring suffered what he described as a "serious head injury".
Grayson blamed Harlequins replacement forward Chris Hala'Ufia for the injury, which resulted in Myring being taken off on a stretcher with his neck in a brace.
"My immediate reaction is how the hell does someone poleaxe like that in the middle of the field after the ball's gone," said Grayson.
"It looked to be a head-high tackle as the ball was being moved. I will hold my hand up if I'm proved wrong but we need to go and look at it and see.
Grayson was also unhappy with his team's performance.
"An experienced coach said to me that you can't coach desire and some of our boys lacked it. That's the most disappointing thing."
After Jarvis and Spencer exchanged early penalties, Keogh set Harlequins on the way to victory in the 22nd minute, racing over in the right-hand corner after Jarvis' cross-field kick bounced kindly for him.
The influential Gomersall extended their lead in the 44th minute following a scrum near the Northampton line.
Keogh scored his second try in the 57th minute, crossing virtually unchallenging with the Northampton defence stretched.
The bonus point was clinched nine minutes later when Northampton cracked again, allowing Jarvis to force his way over from close range.
Northampton finally managed a try when Lamont raced clear in injury time but it still leaves them chasing their first away win of the season.
Harlequins director of rugby Dean Richards said the performance of rising stars Adrian Jarvis, 22, and Jordan Turner-Hall, 18, had been pivotal.
He said they would prove serious competition for former All Black fly-half Andrew Mehrtens and international centres Hal Luscombe and Stuart Abbott.
"It's a genuine selection issue for us. For an 18-year-old lad Jordan has a lot to look forward to while Adrian put in another first-class performance," Richards said.
