 | MATCH SUMMARY Gloucester (10) 15: Try: Simpson-Daniel, Allen Con: Mercier Pen: Mercier Bristol (3) 20: Try: Perry, Lima Cons: Strange 2 Pens: Strange 2 | Brian Lima crossed three minutes from time to steal victory for Bristol and edge them closer to Premiership safety in a thrilling clash at Kingsholm. James Simpson-Daniel crossed after just two minutes to hand Gloucester a deserved lead and the perfect start. However, Shaun Perry put Bristol ahead with a blindside break, before Anthony Allen restored the hosts' lead despite Terry Sigley's red card for stamping. But Lima had the final say late on to reward Bristol's fierce forward play. The win lifts Bristol up to eighth in the table, level on points with Newcastle, Bath and Northampton. Gloucester coach Dean Ryan:
"I take responsibility for this result but we were not good enough or smart enough to win the game. "We don't have the people coming through, which is a major concern. "It was a scrap which we came out from second best and we should give Bristol the credit for that." Bristol coach Richard Hill:
"I was a little worried when, for the opening 25 minutes, we seemed to lack composure. "But our scrums did well from the start and we just about stopped their driving play and attacked on their fringes. "The result means that our destiny in the Guinness Premiership is now in our hands and we are 11 points clear of the bottom side."
