Wasps eased into the semi-finals of the Powergen Cup with a comfortable win over a weakened Saracens side at the Causeway Stadium. Lock George Skivington powered over for a try after just two minutes.
Three penalties from fly-half Alex King stretched their lead despite Paul Bailey's try for the visitors.
Winger Paul Sackey grabbed a brace of tries in the last quarter while Josh Lewsey and Eoin Reddan also crossed as the Sarries' defence tired late on.
Saracens director of rugby Steve Diamond:
"In the first half we kept the ball. I have no regrets about my decision (on fielding a weakened team).
"Until the 65th minute I think we were the strongest side.
"It's just another week as we've got the Heineken Cup coming up - I think we showed we've got a great squad."
Wasps director of rugby Ian McGeechan:
"Saracens were always going to be competitive.
"They hadn't much of a chance of qualifying from this game. It (team selection) was Steve's decision and obviously he made the right one.
"We said at half-time if we keep up the momentum we would find spaces and that is what happened."
