A try five minutes into injury time from Trevor Leota gave Wasps a vital bonus point and inflicted Leeds' ninth Premiership defeat in 10 outings. Tom Voyce raced over for the opening try after seven minutes, before Ayoola Erinle scored Wasps' second, and Tom Rees added a third before the interval.
Leeds fought back with a try from Matt Holt before fellow prop Mike Shelley was driven over to give the Tykes hope.
But Leota's late show guaranteed that Wasps would come away with the points.
Wasps coach Warren Gatland warned Johnny O'Connor, Joe Worsley and Josh Lewsey they could not expect to walk back into his starting line-up after the match.
"There's no guarantee for any of the guys on international duty that they will come back into the side," he said.
"We have to find places for Lewsey, Worsley and O'Connor - but they will have to fight for their positions.
"There is no guarantee they'll play just because they are internationals - no-one has a right to a place."

Leeds coach Phil Davies tried to be upbeat after his side's 30-15 defeat.
"We have to be front up, but it's not going to be easy for anyone and we can win the rest of our games," he said.
"We have to keep battling and fighting away - everyone talks about Yorkshire grit so let's hope there's plenty of it in evidence over the next month."
Davies also played down recent reports linking him with a move to Harlequins in the summer.
