Wood signs new contract with Bath |  Wood is on the fringes of the England set-up |
Bath scrum-half Martyn Wood, 27, has signed a new two-year contract with the Zurich Premiership club. Wood, capped by England against Canada and the USA in 2000, joined Bath from Wasps at the start of last season. "I feel that some very exciting times lie ahead for the club, with a great opportunity to win some silverware both in England and in Europe," he said. Wood follows the likes of Robbie Fleck, Duncan Bell and Chris Malone in agreeing new terms with Bath recently.
