Simpson-Daniel targets comeback

Simpson-Daniel had shoulder surgery last December

James Simpson-Daniel is hoping to make his return from injury for Gloucester against Northampton on Saturday.

The England winger has not featured in any of Gloucester's three Guinness Premiership matches so far.

He damaged his ankle against Calvisano in a pre-season game, but told the Gloucester website: "I am pretty sure I should be fit for this weekend."

Simpson-Daniel has suffered several injury setbacks, and had shoulder surgery last December.
