Harlequins sign So'oialo

So'oialo (right) had a fine game against England in the World Cup

Harlequins have signed Samoa scrum-half Steven So'oialo on a two-year contract.

The 27-year-old, who played for Orrell last season, has won 32 caps for Samoa and is currently with the Pacific Islanders squad in New Zealand.

"Steven brings with him a wealth of experience to a key position within the team," said NEC Harlequins chief executive Mark Evans.

"He was outstanding at last year's World Cup, particularly in the game against England."
