Newly promoted Worcester will avoid a repeat of Rotherham's miserable season, according to wing Daren O'Leary.

Rotherham climbed into the Premiership at the start of this season but have been immediately relegated after failing to pick up a win to date.

But O'Leary, who has 12 years experience in the top flight, told BBC Sport: "We're everyone's favourites to go back down...except at Worcester.

"I know what's needed to stay in the Premiership and we've got it."

Worcester have enjoyed a perfect league season in Division One, winning all 26 of their games.

But with a squad of few faces known outside of the division, they have been tipped to struggle in 2004/5.

"I think that's harsh," said O'Leary. "Our coaches have set-up exactly what we need. And in terms of our facilities, I don't think any Premiership club can outdo Worcester.

"We have the potential to have one of the biggest grounds in the Premiership. And the set-up feels as professional as, if not more than, Gloucester's and Harlequins'.

"And already there's talk of a some new faces coming into the club, which we definitely need to strengthen the squad."

Worcester have been linked with Australian fly-half Stephen Larkham, Leicester back-rower Martin Corry, Bath centre Mike Catt and Harlequins number eight Tony Diprose among others.
