Leeds have signed England Under-21 centre Chris Bell from Harlequins. Bell, who helped England win the 2004 Six Nations Grand Slam at Under-21 level, has agreed a two-year contract, starting next season.
"Chris is a player we have monitored for a while and is another young, exciting English player in our squad" said Leeds rugby director Phil Davies.
The 20-year-old Bell scored tries against Ireland and France as England enjoyed a Six Nations clean sweep.
