Scarbrough (left) says he "needed a change" |
Dan Scarbrough will move to Saracens from Leeds Tykes during the summer. The England international full-back or wing three-quarter said: "I'm looking forward to the challenge.
"They seem to have big plans down there - it is a big opportunity. I want to finish strongly for Leeds, join Saracens, settle in and play well."
Saracens are also chasing French flanker Olivier Magne, who told French paper L'Equipe: "We've started talking but have yet to reach agreement."
Magne has a year left on his contract with Montferrand but has a get-out clause if his club fail to reach the final phase of the French championship.
Rod Kafer was delighted with the capture of Scarbrough.

"Dan is a very talented player and boasts an impressive try-scoring record," said the Saracens head coach.
"We've beaten off competition from a number of other clubs to sign him."
Kafer revealed Saracens would continue to recruit mainly UK-based players and said more signings would follow.
"More quality signings will follow as the days and weeks go by but there will also be some who we will not renew contracts with," he said.
"That is inevitable as we haven't quite got our set-up right which is reflected in our current league position.
"There are reasons we are currently lying 10th and those have been identified and are being addressed."
Saracens have already recruited flanker Alex Sanderson and Scotland international lock Iain Fullarton, both from Sale, along with Hugh Vyvyan, the Newcastle captain.
