Worcester Warriors' British & Irish Cup game against Currie at Murrayfield's 3G pitch has been postponed because of adverse weather conditions.

The Warriors squad were 40 miles short of Edinburgh when they were informed the game had been postponed.

The game had been moved to Murrayfield in a bid to beat the freeze.

A statement on the Warriors website read: "The decision is disappointing to the players, support staff and supporters of Worcester Warriors."
