Toulouse will begin the defence of their Heineken Cup crown against former champions London Wasps. Wasps, who won the trophy in 2004 and 2007, visit France in October, while last year's runners-up Biarritz travel to Bath. Premiership champions Leicester Tigers open their campaign with a trip to Treviso, with London Irish hosting Munster and Edinburgh visiting Cardiff. The 12 matches will take place between 8-10 October. Elsewhere, 2000 winners Northampton Saints welcome Castres Olympique Sports, Newport Gwent Dragons travel to Glasgow and 2009 champions Leinster host Racing-Metro 92 Sports. The opening fixtures are completed with ties between ASM Clermont Auvergne and Saracens, Toulon v Ospreys, Scarlets v Perpignan and Ulster v Aironi.
