A try from Ritchie Carroll was the only consolation for Redruth as they lost out to second place London Scottish in National League One.

Scottish, who have lost only one game since the start of the year, ran home two tries courtesy of Charles Broughton and David Howells.

Carroll crossed the line in the last minutes of the second half but it was too little too late for the visitors.

Redruth face mid-table Stourbridge next week at the Recreation Ground.
