Nottingham suffered a crushing 51-19 away defeat against Bedford Blues in their first match since mid-December.

Poor weather has meant the Green and Whites have not played since the Championship win over Moseley.

And the rustiness showed as they brushed aside by the Blues, who dominated and ran in six tries.

Tom Youngs, Ben Pienaar and Ben Johnston scored tries for Nottingham but Glenn Delaney's side were always struggling to hold their own.
