Plymouth Albion have been charged by the RFU over allegations they fielded an extra man for a period of a league game against Nottingham. The charges relate to a Championship match between the two sides on 31 October which Albion won 31-25. The club have been summoned to a disciplinary hearing in Bristol on Monday, 4 January 2010. The charges state that Albion's conduct during the match was prejudicial to the interests of the game.
