Launceston secured their third consecutive win with a narrow defeat of National One rivals Tynedale at Polson Bridge on Saturday.

Tynedale were more than a match for the Cornish All Blacks and scored three tries to the hosts' two.

The visitors' tries came from Jack Harrison, Grant Rastall and Peter Cole, with Ashley Smith getting a conversion.

Darren Semmens and Jason Luff were the try scorers for Launceston, with Tony Yapp kicking the remaining points.
