Esher director of rugby Mike Schmid wants his side to dominate National One this season. Esher recorded their fourth consecutive victory in the opening four games with a 23-17 win over London Scottish in National One. Schmid told BBC Surrey: "We got to September where we wanted to be. Now we've felt it out and felt our way in we've got to dominate this league. "It's well within our capabilities, we've got to step up and do that." The Surrey side, who were relegated to the third tier last season, are now top the table with 14 points.
