Cornish Pirates number eight Matthew Evans will serve a one-month ban after being found guilty of stamping.

A Rugby Football Union disciplinary committee passed down the ban at a hearing in Bristol on Monday.

Evans will miss the final week of this season, with the remaining three weeks of the ban to be served next season, beginning on 1 September.
