Bowers has been frustrated by the lack of a settled side this season

Chinnor coach Jason Bowers says his team need to build on their win over Ealing in order to avoid the drop in National Three South.

The Oxfordshire side ran out victors by 20 points to 13 in Thame but are still third from bottom in the division.

"This win is clearly a timely boost," Bowers told BBC Oxford.

"It won't mean anything if we can't get something out of the next three games. We need to carry on if we are to secure our place in the division."

Chinnor are next in action in an Oxfordshire derby against Henley at Dry Leas on March 14th.
