Back, left, and Andy Key are unbeaten as Leeds coaches
Leeds Carnegie head coach Neil Back insists he is focused on their promotion and has not been approached for the vacant Leicester Tigers role.
Back joined Leeds from the Tigers last summer and has been linked with a return after coach Heyneke Meyer quit last week due to personal reasons.
"Tigers haven't approached me, it's all speculation," he told BBC Radio Leeds
"I am concentrating 100% on doing a job at Leeds and that's getting promoted back to the Premiership."
The World Cup winning former England flanker spent 18 years at Welford Road as both a player and coach and has applied for the Tigers' top job in the past.
Back made the move to West Yorkshire last summer along with fellow Tigers coach Andy Key, who is now Leeds' director of rugby.
The pair have guided the Headingley outfit to an eight-point lead at the top of National League One and are unbeaten in all competitions this season.
Back added: "I'm disappointed for Leicester, Heyneke Meyer was a fantastic signing for the club.
"I was there for 18 years, but I'm now at Leeds and along with the other coaches and players I'm solely focused on getting us promoted.
"I think Leicester do need to put someone in place.
"They have vast talent within their playing squad, so in the short term they'll do well.
"They have enough quality to go a long way this season, but long term they need to fill that vacancy."
