Exeter Chiefs maintained their stranglehold on bragging rights in the Devon derby with a convincing win over Plymouth Albion. In a tight first half the only points came from a Gareth Steenson penalty to give the Chiefs a slender lead. But after the break winger Paul McKenzie scored twice as Exeter started to dominate proceedings. Sean Marsden and Richie Baxter added further tries to wrap up victory for the National One title challengers. Baxter's try was just reward on his record-breaking 276th appearance for Exeter, while Albion are now without a win in the Devon derby since 2005.
