Bowers has been frustrated by the lack of a settled side this season

Chinnor coach Jason Bowers says his struggling team can win their second league game of the season at home to Barking on Saturday.

The Oxfordshire side are bottom of the table and their only success in National League 3 South came against Barking earlier in the campaign.

"For the first time this season we are going up against a side we know we have beaten," "Bowers told BBC Oxford.

"I hope that helps as we need to pick up another win and hit some form."
