Leeds Carnegie full-back Leigh Hinton believes the team spirit in the squad is the best it has ever been.
The 29-year-old has been an instrumental figure in Leeds' unbeaten season so far, scoring 64 points in 11 starts and four substitute appearances.
"The atmosphere in the club is just unbelievable, the boys are a great bunch," Hinton told BBC Radio Leeds.
"The way we are all working hard for each other during the week and at weekends is really paying off."
The West Yorkshire side have won all 16 National League One games this season and top the table by five points from Exeter.
Leeds have now played and beaten every side in the division and Hinton believes that highlight's their ability to vary their game plan.
Hinton added: "It's a 30 game season so you are going to have all different types of tests.
"Sometimes we've had to dig in and grind out the win, like at Nottingham (in Sunday's 19-12 victory), and we have proven we can do that.
"At other times it's an open game and I think at times this season we have played some really good stuff."
Meanwhile, Leeds have been drawn away to Dings Crusaders in the fourth round of the EDF Energy National Trophy.
They will travel to Bristol to face the National League Three South outfit on 17 January, 2009.
